WES Consulting, LLC is providing CPM Scheduling, Cost Control, and Claims Mitigation Services for the $2.75 million Repair Building Envelope project at Facility 703, Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. The project includes Architectural, Structural, MEP, and site improvements. Currently 85% complete, the project is progressing 3% ahead of schedule and under budget.
